Does Rancho Del Mar have municipal services?
All homes at Rancho Del Mar have water, electrical and sewage services virtually identical to those found in any new subdivision in the US. Costs for water, sewer, and electricity are generally lower than comparable services in the US.

What about Security?
Rancho Del Mar has limited access through a security plaza staffed by security guards on call 24 hours a day.

What amenities does Rancho Del Mar have?
The subdivision has access to its own beautiful beach. There are green areas and sports fields in the master plan. Real Del Mar, a Marriott operated golf course, is only 2 kilometers from Rancho Del Mar.

Is there a Homeowners Association?
There is a homeowners association that provides for maintenance of security and landscaping. The cost is expected to be approximately $60 per month. In addition, CC&R’s govern architectural design and building standards. The goal is to create a community of lasting value.

Can I get a mortgage?
There are a number of mortgage options available. A number of financial institutions offer mortgages denominated in US dollars or pesos. Typically mortgages can be secured with a down payment as low as 20% for a 25-year term. Interest rates vary according to down payment, where income is derived and country of residence.

What about commercial services?
Grocery stores, restaurants, service stations, banks, etc. are located just minutes away in Rosarito or in Tijuana. San Diego is less than 20 miles.
